To expedite the buyback or trade-in process, we recommend submitting a complete file: photos of the exterior and interior, the service record, and any invoices or proof of work performed. These items allow us to evaluate your vehicle more quickly and with the utmost precision.

How is the personalized research service billed?

Our fee for a personalized vehicle search is set at €1,500 (excluding tax). This applies equally whether the vehicle is being imported or is already available in France.

How is the consignment service billed?

Our commission is calculated as a percentage based on your vehicle’s selling price, which is determined with you in advance. The consignment period and all operational details—such as the marketing strategy and presentation conditions—are then tailored to your needs and agreed upon mutually.

How do you verify the vehicle's condition and history during a custom search?

We rely on a network of certified experts across France and Europe to conduct remote inspections to exacting standards. Leveraging our key industry contacts, we also arrange pre-purchase inspections at official, recognized centers to verify the condition, history, and compliance of each vehicle before making any recommendations.

Do you offer a mechanical warranty?

Yes. All our vehicles come with a 6-month Triomphe mechanical warranty, capped at €5,000. Both the duration and the level of coverage (the cap) are fully customizable to suit your needs.
